We have been using Elena for over 18 months now for our Ragdoll and British Longhair cats. She always provides a superb service, and the cats always look smart and clean.
Absolutely amazing grooming experience for my Pomeranian! Incredible job with his coat, and I was especially impressed with how thorough they were with his teeth cleaning. Service was fast and efficient too, no long waits. Highly recommend, 1000%! Will definitely be back with Maxi.
Absolutely amazing very easy communication, and I have to say Rossi looks amazing. I can't thank you enough, you were such a delight I could stay all day chatting. Highly recommend 100%
Roscoe has been to several groomers and I've been told he can be difficult and comes out mostly shaved and not with a puppy cut. Elena had no problem taking him in, brushed out his undercoat, cleaned his teeth and cut him to look like a Tibetan Terrier all in record time! Really impressed with Elena's service and Roscoe liked her too.
Absolutely wonderful experience with Elena! She was so gentle, caring and patient with my cat, and you can really tell how much she loves animals. My cat looks absolutely beautiful and was so calm and happy afterwards. Elena did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, caring and trustworthy cat groomer. Thank you, Elena!
Absolutely brilliant! It was my Boys first groom & he loved it! His nails are perfect, coat is shiny & smooth, he smells amazing! Will definitely be returning regularly.
Elena was so friendly, she made sure Sansa was comfortable and relaxed as much as possible. Great communication too. Thank you for making Sansa look and feel her best 😻
Elena explained everything to us and listened to what we wanted. My cat came out so happy and no more matts. We are so happy with the care Elena took with our cat and would highly recommend her.
Elena helped me out at very short notice when I needed my dog Teddy's nails clipping. She was lovely with him and we had a lovely chat afterwards. Thanks Elena x
I have 5 dogs, all with various long coats, and Elena works her magic on all of them! She is truly a miracle worker, even with my difficult girl. If I could give her 6 stars I definitely would!
Elena was super friendly and clearly great with dogs. Luna and Rudy came out looking like a million dollars. ✨🐶 We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back!

Elena did a wonderful job grooming Maya! She was gentle, professional, and clearly cares about the dogs she works with. Maya came back looking great and, most importantly, very happy and relaxed. Elena is absolutely fabulous! Always does a first class job on my sprocker Alfie & has also groomed my springadors Pebbles & Luna who came back gleaming. She puts my dogs totally at ease and spoils them rotten — I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her!

It was my first time taking my dog Milo there, and it was amazing as the groom was done within an hour. Elena was such a friendly and kind person. I highly recommend booking appointments with her.

A full groom usually takes around an hour, though it can take longer depending on your dog's size, coat condition and how they settle on the day. We'd rather take the time and do it properly than rush your dog through. We'll give you a call as soon as your dog is ready to collect, and if anything comes up while we're working we'll ring you there and then rather than leave it as a surprise at pick-up.
Our standard shampoo is a gentle, neutral apple shampoo that suits most coats. If your dog has sensitive skin or a known skin condition, tell us when you book so we can take extra care, and for some conditions we'll suggest using a medicated shampoo from your vet instead.
Yes. We'll brush out light matting as part of the groom. With more severe matting, we usually clip the coat short because brushing it out would hurt the dog and can damage the skin underneath. Badly matted coats take considerably longer to work through, so the price will be higher. We'll talk you through it before we start.
Often, yes. It depends on the individual dog. We work at the dog's pace and we've handled a lot of nervous dogs over the years. For a small number, being groomed under sedation at a vet is safer, and we'll tell you if we think that's the case. We'll go through your dog's history with you on the new client form before their first groom.
